Love it!

This tincture it worth its weight in gold! I take it nightly just before bedtime and within and hour my mind is cleared and I feel relaxed for sleep. No side-affects, no drowsiness in the morning.

Be prepared to actually sleep!

I took the full dose and first night i slept pretty well in a long time. I usually wake up and have to look at my phone and toss and turn. I did recall waking up & turning over once but went right back to sleep without trouble. Taste is pleasant. If you're reading this... it's a must! Grab one and try!
